Product Description & Integrity

We believe in transparency and trust with our customers. The digital products sold by our company are complete and include everything indicated on the product pages before checkout. These products also match the descriptions promoted by us online and offline through our official media channels.

We are not responsible for any misleading information you may have received or encountered from third-party sources that are not officially affiliated with us.

1. Digital Downloadable Products (eBooks)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable eBooks are final and non-refundable. Once you have gained access to the purchased file(s), we are unable to offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation.

1. Online Prerecorded Video Classes

We offer a limited refund policy for our online prerecorded video classes:

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be granted if you have not completed more than 25% of the class. Progress through the class will be determined based on our system's tracking of the modules completed or videos watched.
• Refund Request: To request a refund, please contact us at hello@sapori.school within 10 days from the date of purchase. Include your order details and reason for the refund request.
• Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 15 days to your original payment method.

Refund Costs

If you are eligible for a refund, please note that the refunded amount will not include the payment processor fees incurred at the time of purchase. The percentage of the payment processor’s fees, which will be deducted, will be communicated to you based on the processor used at the time of the transaction. These fees vary depending on the payment method chosen.

Exceptions

• Refunds will not be issued for failure to access or complete the course due to personal circumstances, including technical issues on the customer’s side. However, we are happy to assist you in resolving any issues that arise.

• Misuse, abuse, or fraudulent claims for refunds will result in the rejection of the request and possible account termination.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

Under EU consumer law, digital products are typically exempt from the right of withdrawal once the product has been downloaded. By purchasing and downloading a product, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived.
