Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable eBooks are final and non-refundable. Once you have gained access to the purchased file(s), we are unable to offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation.

If you are eligible for a refund, please note that the refunded amount will not include the payment processor fees incurred at the time of purchase.
