5 years ago I started organizing Masterclasses in Pastry and I have trained so far more than 10,000 people all over the world!
I started creating desserts for fun and, probably like you, I was learning more from YouTube ☺. After a while, I felt the need to develop myself by learning from professionals, and I attended my first Masterclass in Ukraine. A long list of courses and intensive training followed, which I am still completing today.
I also happened to go to a pralines course out of curiosity, but I had no idea of the passion that was to come for them.
My name is Eugen Ursu, I am a Patiser Chocolatier Brutar in Geneva, Switzerland, and I am happy to share with you the same love for desserts.
My professional path started in 2008 and continues until today, starting from the professional high school and ending at the renowned "DUCASE" school in France.
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with renowned chefs such as Hans Ovando, Luc Debove, Stéphane Leroux, Paul Occhipinti, Yann Sabot. I have managed to accumulate a wide range of knowledge in this field and I am now ready to share with you the little secrets of this profession.

My relationship with pastry started a few years ago, after a college in journalism and a job in Public Relations. Fascinated by the field, I started studying and experimenting on my own. My 6 years of passion for baking and pastry taught me the importance of attention to detail.
I am now a Pastry Chef at a 5 star hotel in Ireland, here I love to experiment whenever I get the chance. It's not an easy job, because in this field you are always working against the clock. What I have become today is the result of dedication and all the trials and tribulations so far.
Just as everyone knows that cooking is an art, I can say that bakery is pure art, both in taste and appearance.

It's impossible to tell my story without mentioning that I am a lawyer and magistrate in law at heart. After almost 15 years of experience in jurisprudence, I have radically changed my field of work, following my dream and sharing my passion for all things baking.
Once I stepped on this path, I discovered more and more my passion and interest in baking, which eventually led me to abandon jurisprudence. It was a complicated decision, but one I don't regret at all. Since 2017, I have managed to evolve a lot, revolutionizing not only my personal experience, but also the experience of hundreds of people who attended the dozens of masterclasses I organized with renowned chefs, world champions in desserts.
My name is Olga Ursu and everyone knows me for my piles of honey sheets and the sheer volume of medovik I make. In the 3 years since I embraced this craft, I have baked thousands of honey sheets.
I started my business specifically out of a passion for medovik and it is because of this dessert that I have become so appreciated. In fact, it's also at the top of my customers' favourites list, because I managed to adapt the classic recipe, keeping the good homemade taste, the taste of childhood. English, Ukrainians, Lithuanians, Italians, Spaniards, Arabs and other nationalities who have tasted this cake have been surprised by the texture and taste. Operating in England, the spectrum of customers is wide, but the medovik remains the favourite of many.
I am also a mum of two boys, so I sweeten and delight many people with the desserts I make. My business is based on making simple but dedicated cakes - something you will learn in my classes.
The desire to lose weight healthily, but without abstaining from tasty cakes, led me to start cooking healthy desserts. At first, I was cooking from recipes on YouTube, family and friends grew to love them.
I realized that I could earn money from my passion and took a series of courses abroad, and this hobby gradually turned into a healthy dessert business.
While I now also bake classic desserts, sugar-free, gluten-free and vegan desserts are still my customers' favorites.
